http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asha
Avestan asha (aša) is a central principle of Zoroastrianism, representing "truth", "justice" or "order".
Avestan asha corresponds to Old Persian arta and Middle Persian ard(a).
The opposite of asha is druj (Old Persian drauga), representing "untruth", "chaos".
Det här är alltså de gamla orden för motsatserna gott och ont.
Vill man kan man sen leta reda på ett neutralt begrepp som kan stå för vad man upplever i meditation. Zarathustra mediterade ju i åtta år innan han presenterade sina tankar.

Zurvan is the Persian god. In ancient times the deity was worshipped among other ancient Iranian peoples as well.
In Middle Persian, the language of Sassanid Persia (which had Zoroastrianism as the state religion), zurwān, "time", deriving from Avestan zruvā, stem zruvan-. "Zurvan" is not a native Persian language word, and is not attested in Old Persian.
Och här hittar man mer om ZURVAN:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zurvanism
Unlike Mazdean Zoroastrianism, Zurvanism considered Ahura Mazda not the transcendental Creator, but one of two equal-but-opposite divinities under the supremacy of Zurvan. The central Zurvanite belief made Ahura Mazda (Middle Persian: Ohrmuzd) and Angra Mainyu (Ahriman) twin brothers that had co-existed for all time.

Zurvan okänd för de flesta dyker upp i många sammanhang:

Zurvan is the name of a deity in several different religious systems:
- In Persian religion, as Zurvan (Persian god).
- In Zurvanism (Zurvanite Zoroastrianism) as Zurwān, derived from the Avestan language word for 'Time'.
- In Manichaeism, where Zurvan is the Middle Persian name that Mani used in his Shapurgan to signify his "Father of Greatness" (Aramaic: Abbā dəRabbūṯā), the primordial deity of light.
- In Sogdian Buddhism, as ʔzrwʔ (where both instances of ʔ represent some vowel) referred to the high deity Brahmā.
- In Theosophy, which incorporated elements of Zurvanite Zoroastrianism.
